Milton Lodge is a registered care home that provides a high standard of care to its residents, whilst encouraging them to live as independently as possible by receiving care and support consistent with their needs.

Our Home is run by efficient, dedicated and experienced staff. We hold the belief at Milton Lodge that the quality of care provided depends strongly on positive, involved management and a dedicated, capable staff. To this end, Milton Lodge is committed to ensuring all staff members are regularly trained on a wide variety of courses.

Our Philosophy of Care

The work principles of Milton Lodge, its management and its staff are based on the values which exist in any community; a respect and freedom for the individual to pursue personal goals and interests, constrained only by the needs of living with others.

Our philosophy at Milton Lodge is to provide our Residents, who are in need of support due to age or illness, a standard of care that they would choose for themselves. This will be offered in a safe, caring, warm and homely environment.

Residents are actively encouraged to exercise choice and to enjoy life to their full potential physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our approach is based on holistic principles, whereby we involve residents and their families in all aspects of the planning and delivery of care, with regular consultation ensuring that needs and wishes are always met.
