Above all we would love to care for you
The seven key principles on which we run every one of our homes are:
Ensuring that all of our residents have the right to be left alone/ undisturbed / free from intrusion or public attention in relation to his or her affairs, as a consequence of their right of choice.
Every resident will be treated as an individual and with respect, regardless of his or her circumstances, by recognising their uniqueness and their personal needs.
We encourage personal independence and give support with the physical and emotional needs of day to day living when required.
Giving residents the ability to exercise freedom of choice. Residents are encouraged to voice their opinions by creating
the opportunity to speak for themselves through regular group meetings, relatives or close communication with their personal key worker.
We maintain at all times the rights and entitlements of our residents, with the aim of involving the residents as far as possible in decisions regarding their care.
All of our homes provide total fulfilment to all residents by recognising their personal aspirations and abilities in all aspects of their day-to-day life. We endeavour to ensure the continuation of all activities and pastimes pursued by residents before moving into the Home, where possible.
The care we provide ensures security for the residents and their property, and also protects them from both the behaviour of others and from any undue danger created by themselves or circumstances.
